Staged.studio is run by DAOx LTD, a company registered in New Zealand. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What you get
Staged.studio uses AI to add furniture and styling to photos of real rooms. One credit stages one photo. Your first staging is free. Credits are linked to your email address and never expire.
Payments and refunds
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and are charged once, by Stripe, when you buy a pack. There are no subscriptions. If you contact us within 14 days of buying, we will refund the value of any credits you have not used. A credit is only used when a staging succeeds; a failed staging costs you nothing.
Your photos and your responsibility
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
- AI results can change details of a room. Check every image before you use it.
- If you use a staged photo to advertise a property, label it “virtually staged” and make sure it does not mislead buyers about the property. That responsibility sits with the person publishing the listing.
- You own the staged images you create and can use them commercially.
Fair use
Don't use the service to create misleading, unlawful or offensive images, or try to get free stagings by using many email addresses. We may limit or close access that breaks these terms.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
