DAOx LTD runs Staged.studio and follows the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Here is exactly what we handle.
Your email address
We store your email to track your free staging and your credit balance, and to find your purchase if you contact us. We don't sell it or send marketing unless you ask to hear from us.
Your photos
Photos you upload are sent to OpenAI to create the staged version and returned straight to your browser. We do not keep a copy of your photos or the results on our servers. OpenAI processes them under its API terms, which do not allow them to be used for training.
Payments
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We keep a record of each purchase: the email, the pack and the amount.
Other data
To stop abuse of the free staging, we keep a daily count of free stagings per network, stored as a one-way hash rather than your IP address. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@daox.studio.
